Elizabeth Nicholson consistently ranks among the top two percent of all
real estate agents in Marin County for her annual sale volume. She
entered real estate as a full-time agent in 1975, specializing in Marin
County residential properties. She has been its top producer for many
years.
In 1979, she obtained her real estate broker's license. Well-respected
for her knowledge of real estate law and procedures, and her diligence
in upholding these ideals, she has been a member of the Professional
Standards and Grievance committees and a director on the Marin Board of
REALTORS®
Elizabeth believes in the value of personal service, professional
knowledge and being readily available for her clients' need at all
times. Repeat clients and new referrals generate most of her new
business activity, affirming that her commitments to these values

Elizabeth has moved to Belvedere from Ross, where she was a long time
resident. She attended the University of Arizona and she has lived in
Marin for 27 years.
